What is a "live break"?

A live break is where the streamer (in this case Peakuh) opens the booster packs for you live on stream! We do this for entertainment, and it is fun hanging out with friends in the stream. 

All sales are final! Opening packs is a risk, with no guarantee of hits. I try my best to make sure my customers are happy. Please refer to the Refund Policy here: https://www.peakuh.com/refund-policy

Why haven't my cards shipped yet?

If you haven't yet, please go to the "Ship My Cards" section of the website here: https://www.peakuh.com/category/ship-my-cards and purchase a shipping option (based on how much you have ordered). All cards are held here with Peakuh until shipping has been paid for!

If you have paid for shipping, and still haven't received an update or tracking within 5 days, please reach out to Peakuh on X/Twitter (@peakuhstreams), email [email protected], or while live on Twitch Wednesday or Saturday evening. 

Will you ship me packs/products sealed instead of opening them live?

In general, we will not ship sealed products. I source my products with intent to open them on streams. However, there may be special circumstances if we have extra products, or products that have not sold for live breaks in a long time.
