Due to the nature of live breaks, we will not offer refunds under most circumstances. We do want you to be happy with your order, and will do our best to make sure you leave satisfied. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns. If you believe there is an error with your order or shipment, we will do our best to correct it for you in a timely manner. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
